Beverly Ann (Burrows) Nevel

Beverly Ann (Burrows) Nevel, 68, of South Renovo passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Bucktail Medical Center. She was the wife of Rev. Mahlon D. Nevel whom survives. The couple were married at Grace Baptist Church in North Bend on June 2, 1972 and shared almost 50 years of marriage together.

Born December 17, 1953 in Renovo, a daughter of the late Wesley L. and Martha J. (Desmond) Burrows, Sr. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church where she was a very talented singer.

Beverly was known for her kind, loving, and selfless spirit. She truly cared about the people in her life, especially her family, and always had a way of making people feel special. She was a very good mother and aunt.

In addition to her husband, Beverly is survived by one daughter, Michelle G. (Mark) Dildine of Conway, South Carolina; two brothers, Wesley L. (Carolyn) Burrows of Beech Creek, and Matthew S. (Beth) Burrows of Mill Hall; four nieces and a nephew, Carrie Walker, Greg Burrows, Katie Burrows, and Kelsey Burrows. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Rodney A. Burrows.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Grace Baptist Church, North Bend with her husband Pastor Mahlon Nevel officiating. Friends and relatives will be received from 12:30 - 1:00 p.m. at the church. Interment will be private in Beech Creek.
