Daniel J. Tarr, 39, of South Renovo passed away Monday, July 27, 2020 at his residence.
Born August 27, 1980 he was the son of Kenneth E. and Margaret L. (Buranosky) Tarr of S. Renovo. He was a graduate of Bucktail High School and went on to work as a Forklift Operator for First Quality Tissue of Lock Haven. He was very involved in his community as a lifelong member and volunteer firefighter for Citizens Hose Company of South Renovo, #28; a member of the Sons of Italy, The Eagles, Bass Pro Shop, and the Western Clinton County Sportsmen’s Association. He loved hunting and fishing and was very talented at building and welding.
In addition to his parents, Dan is survived by two sisters, Brenda K. (Mark) Adams of Cocoa, Florida, and Jennifer M. (Phil) Wagner of McElhattan; five nieces and nephews, Ryan, Katelyn, Morgan, Taylor, and Kylie; two grand nieces, Kenley and Keegan; and his beloved dog, Easton.
A viewing will be from 6-8 P.M. on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 5th St., in Renovo. A graveside memorial service will be at 11 A.M. on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at St. Joseph Cemetery in Hyner with Martha Sykes officiating.
