Elizabeth L. (Meyer) Foster

Elizabeth L. “Betty” (Meyer) Foster, 73 of State College passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 3, 2020.

Born April 3, 1946 in Lock Haven she was the daughter of the late Victor and Almeda (Etters) Meyer.

Elizabeth lived in State College with her soulmate William “Bill” Foster who survives.

Betty enjoyed Disney, Disney characters and dancing. She worked as a school crossing guard for the Borough of State College.

She is survived by two daughters, Mary (Robert) Youngblood and Emmy Marconi both of Mill Hall.

Four grandchildren, Thomas Crawford, Heather Bower, Blake Marconi and Devin Marconi and two great grandchildren. Also, surviving is a niece, one nephew and one great-niece and a sister Grace Neff of Lock Haven.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a daughter Mary Sue Peters and a son William Foster, Jr.

A private visitation for family and friends will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2020 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall.

Interment will be private at Dunnstown Cemetery.
