Henry A. Karchner, 84, of Mill Hall and a former resident of Westport passed away Wednesday, Oct., 30, 2019 at UPMC Lock Haven Emergency Room.
He was born March 21, 1935 in Lock Haven.
Henry was married to Lana Karchner who preceded him in death.
He worked as an outdoor guide and was a skilled carpenter. While living in Missoula, Montana he built his own cabin. He enjoyed the outdoors especially, hunting, fishing and trapping.
Henry served in the Seabees and the 101st Airborne Division.
Surviving are a sister Ethel Mae Klobe of Mill Hall and several nieces and nephews.
