Larry F. Nelen

Larry F. Nelen, 64, of North Bend passed away Thursday, Sept., 8, 2022 at his residence.

Born June 5, 1958 in Renovo he was a son of the late Edward and Myrtle (Byrnes) Nelen.

Larry was married to the former Joanne M. Fleisher who died August 18, 2022. They were married for 42 years.

He enjoyed cutting wood, hunting, spotlighting deer, his pets and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by two sons, Chad E. (Brittany) Nelen and Travis L. (Bekah) Nelen both of Renovo and three grandchildren, Paxton, Berkley and Ellowyn.

One brother Will Nelen of Farwell and five sisters, Louise Baker of Emporium, Dolly Delker of Muncy, Jan MacAfee of North Carolina, Nancy Nelen of Renovo and Lin Nelen of Tennesee.

Larry was preceded in death by four brother, Ron, Fred, Everett and Mike and a sister Diane Harchick.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at North Bend Cemetery at a later date.

Maxwell Funeral Home, Renovo has charge of arrangements.
