Michael F. Quinn

Michael Francis Quinn, 71, of Lock Haven, PA, entered his eternal rest on Monday, July 18, 2022 following a brief illness.  He was attended by his daughter, Lisa Quinn and good friend, Christopher Stives in his home the final weeks of his life.

Michael was born on September 22, 1950 in Hartford, CT to Francis and Evelyn (Lovett) Quinn.

Michael was offered an art scholarship at age 10 for a period of time from the Wadsworth Atheneum in Hartford, CT. Because of his artistic talent.

His family moved to Vernon, CT in 1962 where he lived and grew up.  He attended Rockville High School, and then worked for Pratt & Whitney before joining The United States Marine Corp.

Michael is predeceased by the love of his life of 18 years, Ms. Debra J. Arvin of Lock Haven who passed away March 2, 2021.

Michael is survived by two daughters; Lisa Quinn, of Vernon, CT and Jennifer Quinn and Marc Irish of Blanchard, two granddaughters Ahliya and Ahlissa and two grandsons Austin and Evan, of Blanchard, PA.

Michael is also survived by his sisters Deborah Cormier and brother-in-law, Robert Cormier of Tolland, CT, and

Karen Venning and brother-in-law, Michael Venning of Hayden, Idaho.

Nephews, Luke Paoli of Manchester, CT and Marcus Paoli of Mount Pilot, NC.

Michael had a host of good friends, aunts and uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with the Rev. Dennis A. Smith officiating.

Friends and relatives will be received one-hour prior to the service at the chapel.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
