Thomas E. Ransdorf, Jr.

RENOVO - Thomas E. “Yummy” Ransdorf, Jr., 61 of Renovo passed away Saturday morning, December 1, 2018 at his residence with his wife by his side.

Born April 19, 1957 in Renovo he is the son of Thomas E. Ransdorf, Sr. and Alice (Summerson) Ransdorf of S. Renovo.

He was married to the former Linda G. Spangler on October 23, 2004. They celebrated 14 years of marriage together.

Thomas was a self-employed service technician and also worked for Leidy Twp.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and especially the outdoors.

Surviving are his parents, of S. Renovo, his wife, and a son, Thomas (Melissa) Ransdorf, III of Milton and a daughter Briana (Jamey) Jarrett of Renovo. Also surviving are 3 step-sons, Joel S. Riddles of Pittsburgh, Robert D. Riddles of Lock Haven and Timothy J. Riddles of West Milton.

Six grandchildren, Sydney, Emily, Xavier, Hunter, Tommy and Caleb.

He is survived by two brothers Ronald (Susan) Ransdorf of S. Renovo and Joseph (Sandy) Ransdorf of E. Renovo.

Thomas was preceded in death by a sister Diane Gentzyel in 2007.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
