Vivian L. (Shade) Heaton

Vivian L. (Shade) Heaton, 74, a former resident of Putman Manor, died Monday, Oct., 3, 2022 at Susque-View Home surrounded by her family. She resided there for the past 3 years.

Born July 12, 1948 in Lock Haven she was a daughter of the late Fred and Doris (Dullen) Shade.

She was married to James Heaton who died in November of 2002.

Vivian worked as a private duty nurse aide.

Surviving are three sons, John Demetro of Williamsport, Dewey Demetro of Lock Haven and Cliff Heaton of Johnstown. 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Two brothers, Richard Shade of Lock Haven and Gene Shade of Castanea along with three sisters, Anna Bowmaster of Castanea, Darla Cummings and Darlene Benfield both of Lock Haven.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Helt Funeral chapel, Mill Hall has charge of arrangements.
